The Marquiss Foundation

Our purpose is to help animals, especially
abandoned pets and endangered wildlife through
the Captain Nemo's Quest shows and website.

The Marquiss Foundation is now officially a tax free corporation in Southern California. Some of your donations will help us finish setting it up. To date we have sent and received the following documents:

Our acceptance as a California Corporation

Our registration for doing business in the state

Our tax registration with the IRS

Our application to the IRS for tax exempt status

Our tax exempt public charity acceptance from the IRS

Our tax exemption approval from the State of California

And our solicitation ID for our home base in Los Angeles

We now have our copyright for "Captain Nemo" as used to educate and promote helping wildlife.

We filed our Statenent of Information with California for 2022.

We've filed our required IRS statement for 2020.

funded by Marquiss Studios & donations
to the Marquiss Foundation, a non-profit
organization registered in California.
